Dear Fans,
On June 10th, Nell (Goldie) Paletz passed away, peacefully, at her daughter's home in California after a brief illness.

For those of you who were fortunate to see Goldie participate in our show.
I'm sure it was something you'll never forget. Her pure enjoyment of life
and her determination to live every day to the fullest has been an
inspiration to us all.

I first met Goldie more than a decade ago when singing at a club on the Boulder Strip. I immediately gained a fan and a friend. Goldie continued to follow my career in Vegas and for the past four years, she has been a regular at my shows at the Barbary Coast.

Goldie loved to dance, enjoyed performing and had a sense of humor that could put a smile on anyone's face. Her famous recipe for a long life "clean living and a lot of sex," coupled with her suggestive dance moves always got the crowd going. Goldie developed fans of her own who will miss her greatly.

A couple of months ago we celebrated Goldie's birthday in a big way at the Barbary Coast. We honored this one of a kind lady who brought joy to her friends, as well as to strangers on a daily basis. Goldie told me it was the best birthday ever. She said she had never felt so special. It made us feel good to do something for someone who gave so much of herself.

There is another angel in heaven today. God Bless you, Goldie. You'll never know how much you're missed.

God Bless all of you. Keep us in your prayers.

Pete "Big Elvis" Vallee

Condolences will be accepted at the Big Elvis Show or may be mailed to Goldie's daughter.
